Platforms are the best of our anti-vibration accessories, they damp vibrations more efficiently than the Isolation Feet themselves. We offer platforms in three sizes: small 35×35 cm, medium 45×40 cm and large 55x45cm; on request any size is available. Platforms are made of our company’s anti-vibration material and are equipped with ball feet or magnetic feet.
Platform No.4 is a monolayer construction and three higher models consist of 5 layers. Platforms No.4 and No.3 have one sets of ball feet underneath. No.2 has two sets of ball feet. No.1 has magnetic feet underneath and ball feet on the top.
The body of Platform No. 4 is made of one (hard) anti-vibration material, the body of Platform No. 3 consists of two types of material (hard and soft), and bodies of Platform No. 2 and No. 1 are made of three types of anti-vibration materials (hard, medium and soft) .
The body of Platform Number One consists of 5 layers made of 3 types of anti-vibration materials (hard, medium and soft).
The platform is set on magnetic feet with 4 anti-vibration layers, and on top there is a set of ball feet No. 1, consisting of 5 anti-vibration layers. Total Platform No. 1 has 14 anti-vibration layers, alternating with hard and soft material (including magnetic air pillow). The thickness of platform’s body is 8,4 cm, the height of the set is 19,1 cm.
The upper set of feet can be used with or without covers; we put the equipment on the balls themselves, which usually gives the best effect:
The magnetic feet are raising the equipment on an air pillow (magnetic levitation); to work, should be properly weighted (must bend, but not settle). The small platforms have smaller feet with weaker magnets, the medium and large platforms – bigger feet with stronger magnets. Depending on the weight of equipment we apply three or four feet. Too light equipment should be ballasted from above with Receptor Weight or lead weights. Under the equipment we put the feet in such places so that they balance uneven distribution of weight of the unit, then move stands until they will be bent equally.
